Installation of a Selman ATM generally takes 7-10 business days. Government and banking regulations typically take at least 5 business days.

All Selman ATM units are wirelessly monitored real-time. We are alerted when the funds drop below a predetermined threshold. Our team stands at the ready to keep the ATMs filled.

Selman ATMs require only a standard 110V outlet.  Selman ATMs use the same amount of power that would run a typical computer. A phone line is not required as our units are monitored wirelessly.

Selman ATMs are bolted with 4″ bolts to the floor and each machine has an internal alarm which is operated remotely. There are no 100% safeguards. But with state-of-the-art equipment and old-fashioned, heavy duty bolts, our theft rate is less than 1%. We also follow safety measures in placement and filling procedures to minimize theft.

We charge a surcharge only for completed withdrawals. We do not charge for transfers, balance inquiries and failed transactions. However, the user’s bank may impose fees on their customers.

We are responsible for putting the cash in the ATM and if that cash is stolen or lost. Saving the store owner from the responsibilities of keeping the excess cash in the store and/or trusting minimum wage employees to load the ATM. This is one of the most common ares of embezzlement.

We handle the repairs at no cost to you, with mean time repairs of less than 24 hours.  If it’s longer than 48 hours we typically will place a loaner ATM on site.

Yes. Typically we may know about it through our wireless monitoring. All of our ATMS have our 24 hour customer service line.

When we place an ATM, you no longer have the responsibility of handling customer complaints. Direct the customer to our 24 hour customer care line and we will troubleshoot the issue.

We typically allow customers to withdraw $200 per transaction, but in some cases the placement location can request larger withdrawal limits. Individual banks may impose their own limit on their customers’ accounts.
